TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and therefore consenting to your accountability must any action be taken against you for breaking these terms and laws.

Payment is to be sent upfront through PayPal only.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

Finished commissions are non-refundable.

Turnaround time: 1-2 weeks

My art is strictly intended for personal use ONLY.

If you are to post/share the commission in any form (whether finished or unfinished), you are still required to credit me.

In the event of an unforeseen delay (falling sick, personal business etc.) rest assured that I will contact and inform you. And of course, I will not in any way charge this extra time.

The free window for changes is the sketch stage. We can bounce off of eachother and adjust whatever might need adjusting. After you have approved the sketch, you only have 3 more possible free changes to add after lineart. Once you’ve confirmed I may colour, I won't be changing anything else apart from colours.

If there was a misunderstanding on my part, I will of course not charge you extra in correcting my mistake.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Please do NOT send e-cheques, or any other form of payment through PayPal that requires days to clear. The payment you send needs to be instant.

If you wish to cancel your order you may request a refund. Your monetary refund depends on how much work I’ve put into your commission, however. Here’s the breakdown:

No Work: 95% Refund (paypal takes some fees)

Sketches: 70% Refund

Linework: 50% Refund

Base Color: 40% Refund

Minor Lighting: 25% Refund (shading +  highlights)

Complex Lighting: 0 % Refund (piece practically finished)
